Renewed and READY
Monday, August 17th, 2009Its been almost a year since my break-up with “The Ex” and it was only this morning that I realized: OMG! I am so ready to have a relatioship again!
One problem: No ONE’s made a move on me-yet. It seems that while I’ve been recovering, all BF-Potential Pinoy guys have been busy HOOKING UP.
Ack! Maybe I should go out more. Maybe I should look around more…like in the MRT or the next hallway?
Ugh. I have to admit that I have a growing crush with J***, A guy I met at my most embarrasing circumstance. We had a few drinks, and I sat beside him at our inuman, he was less chatty, but still managed to make me feel at ease instead of OP. Actually, ang Bait bait nya and very Gentleman xa!
Okay, so for a week after that, we’ve been texting (My term, not his), but its been purely platonic. At least, from his body language at the time we first met, and the way he texted me afterwards.
Sige na nga! there were mixed signals. Only labo text messages like this confuse me more than ever:
HIM: Hey, how’s your day? Hang out tayo sometime?
ME: Sure! Tom at Bigfish?
HIM: Cge, text u muna on friday to confirm. Myt hav some studies to do pa.
**What d fuck? Ano ba talaga?
